I was blown away by how clean everything was. Fresh towels every day and the attention to detail really impressed me. The breakfast was generous, with great options, and location-wise, it's just a stone's throw from the waterfront and the charming Old Town.

Absolutely love the location, but the house keepers were too loud at 8 am, it was unbearable. When I requested an upgrade to a better room, I could hardly believe I was denied! This was definitely not what I expected for my stay. I almost gave a good review, but this left me fuming!

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were really friendly, location was unbeatable in the Port. The room turned out to be immaculate and good with free body wash, big balcony. The breakfast meal was tasty with cake, homemade products + + + +.

A good breakfast experience
Woke up each morning to an excellent breakfast spread with fresh local ingredients. The staff treated us like family, always eager to share recommendations about nearby attractions. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the beach and the old town.
The room felt a bit cramped for our week-long stay, and the noise from the street occasionally crept in, but it was manageable. Housekeeping started early, which could be a bit disruptive if you're not an early riser.

Just an appropriate option for a quick weekend visit in Rethymno, with good value considering the price charged. Make sure to enjoy breakfast outside on the terrace for a nice start to your day.

Friendly and helpful staff team who made us feel welcome together with a good location for walking into the old town or the beach. A good base for those who want to travel about this part of the island.
Traffic noise sometimes a problem during warm evenings when doors needed to be open for additional ventilation. However, air conditioning and double glazing helped.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The WiFi worked well.
The breakfast was a little basic and the room had an odd smell of potatoes to it.

Room size can be a bit cramped for those staying longer, so be prepared for some snug quarters. In the mornings, the housekeeping noises tend to kick in around 8 AM, which isn't exactly a gentler way to wake up. Some rooms may lack decent views, which can dampen the experience if that's what you're after. Breakfast options may start to feel limited after a few days, and be warned that noise from the street can sneak in, detracting from what could be a peaceful atmosphere.

Close proximity to beach and old town
It was not a 3 star but a 2 star, u can hear ppl arguing, talking and using the toilet next door and upstairs/in room above, rotten stench from bathroom, if you open the windows to get rid of the stench at night then the noise of the traffic doesn't allow you to sleep. The beds are rock hard. Minimalistic. Really not happy with this hotel Considering we thought we booked a 3star!

The staff was great and the hotel was well-located, close to the beach and about 15 minutes from the old town.
